How do you pray for the glory of God? First, pray that the glory will be revealed to you and in you. You can see and experience the glory of God, but you must diligently ask and seek for it to be revealed. When we pray the glory into the earth, miracles, signs and wonders will occur in the Church and in our own personal lives. When believers gathered together in a spirit of unity, seeking the Lord, the glory appeared in the upper room on the Day of Pentecost, and sat on the head of each person there Acts Finally, pray Ephesians —that you would know the hope of His calling, which is the hope of His glory.
Pray that you will understand the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints. When we inherited Him, glory was deposited in us, but we have to receive revelation of what it means to walk in that glory.

I do not know how long I laid like that, just basking in His presence, but when it was over, I sat up, soaked from my tears and so awe struck. I had no idea what had just happened to me and of course the devil jumped in right away with how I was just crazy and that it had never happened, but I know it did happen, and since that time I have searched for that again.
I long to be that near to Him again. I long to feel that radiance around me again. It is a hunger that cannot be quenched except by the presence of the Lord. So, I can tell you in all honesty I would lay down my life eagerly to be in His presence, for once you have tasted His glory you cannot stop craving it.
We know that He cannot come very near us as long as we are in the flesh. So, what I experienced was just a small touch of His glory. If we were to stand too close to His glory our flesh would be rent from our bones and we would be totally consumed Flesh cannot withstand the glory of God.
But, we yearn to be as close as we can to Him. And He yearns to be close to us also. So, how do we do this and survive? The Lord Jesus has made the way. He goes before us and He protects us. We can step into the glory, but to do so we will never be the same. So, what happens when we come into the presence of the LORD? We will see a difference in everything around us, and others will see the difference in us. The Holy Spirit that enabled Jesus to do the miracles that He did on this earth, is the same Holy Spirit that enables us.
If we come into the holy presence of God's glory we cannot help but manifest the works that Jesus spoke of. The glory of the LORD was on Jesus so strongly that even His spoken word or to touch the hem of His garment was to be totally healed of everything that was wrong with anyone. We know that we also can do the things that He did and greater things because He said so, and because of the works of Peter.
It was not Peter The Holy Spirit is always in the presence of the Father. For a long time after my small touch people were drawn to me and a lot of them came to faith because of the Holy Spirit that was working around and through me.
People I had not heard of for years started calling me and ask me what was going on. People I met on the street would tell me that I was a Christian. The Holy Spirit was so obviously all over me. If we want to see that kind of power in our lives all the time we have to seek the glory and be ready to lay down our lives to be that close to the Father all the time.
The church is making every effort to have the latest techno systems and musical sounds to communicate to the millennial and Generation Z crowd. While we have all the latest systems and sounds and make lots of noise that draws the crowds, where is the presence and power of Almighty God? Where are the meetings that would last for hours as the presence of God filled the meeting halls? Where are the seasons when people, with no intention of becoming a Christian, would arrive in a community experience the convicting power of the Holy Spirit and humble themselves in repentance?
Where are the stunning life transformation experiences that immediately changed an alcoholic to a godly person with no twelve-step program; immediately brought deliverance from a demonic tormented mind to a healthy life? No amount of special lightening and latest musical sound will generate that kind of glory and presence of God. And you are witnesses of these things.
How would they experience the presence and glory of God?
